Biked.

I'm really pushing it with my two posts a month goal...

I finally got my motorcycle back from the shop....two weeks to the day from when I dropped it off, and 9 days later than they said it would be. After two weeks, you'd think it would be running flawlessly. Instead, it ran worse than when I took it in. It sounded terrible, the choke wasn't working, the clutch wouldn't catch well, the throttle lagged, and it topped out at 70 when I know it could go at least 90 before I took it in.

I took it back and hoped that they would take their thumbs out of their arses and get something done. Fortunately it only took a day to get it back, but unfortunately they really didn't fix anything. The throttle still seems off and the choke doesn't work. Sometime I can get it to 80, but it has no power once it's in overdrive when it used to kick some butt. Andy and I learned how to fix my clutch, so that at least is better.

Despite all the crap, I've been riding it a lot. I got to ride it to work every day this week and plan on riding to fairmont tomorrow for my dad's birthday. Maybe I'll see if it can go faster than 80 or if it's magically regained it's power.

It's been a long time since i've put anything up with the guitar. I haven't been playing a whole lot lately, but awhile ago I tried to record me playing some green day to show that I don't always play fluffy songs. I failed because I hate playing stuff like this on an acoustic guitar so I don't try very hard (my electric is in fairmont and lacks an amp). I also only played a minute's worth and completely bite it at the end of the clip. But I know you know I'm not perfect so I figured it's not a big deal if I share some of my fumbled efforts. The song is called Fashion Victim.
